User's Guide

The object of the Port Wine Institute Library is to offer readers and researchers access to the bibliographical resources they need for their studies of Port Wine, as well as to the Institute's archives, through a set of services it renders to users.

The process of computerising all the operational circuits, from the purchase of books to processing and dissemination of information is nearing completion.

A computer terminal in the reading room allows users to make a rapid search of the Library archives by author, title, subject and other classifictions. This service is also offered online.
