“Breaking the Mold – French Cheeses for Port” – Article in Wine and Spirits Magazine


In this interesting article, Joshua Greene, wine journalist and Port expert, sets out to demonstrate that Vintage and cheese pairings can go beyond the classical combination with Stilton or Queijo da Serra cheeses. To prove his point, he challenges Chantal Girerd e Charles Mahal, fromagers from “Artisanal Fromagerie” in New York, to create new pairings with French cheeses and Vintages from 1994, 2003 e 2009.
