A native Italian sommelier with 15+ years of global hospitality experience, beginning in a 5 star hotel in Sardinia before joining the Queen Elizabeth II as a sommelier, gaining worldwide exposure to wine and service. I later managed a high end restaurant and wine bar in Bermuda, then moved to London in 2013 to join Individual Restaurants, becoming Head of Wine and Wine Buyer for 32 venues. I earned the Certified Sommelier title in 2019 and completed the WSET Diploma in 2021, becoming a Wine Educator in 2022. In 2024 I joined MW program and joined San Carlo Group as Wine Buyer and in 2025 expanded my work internationally involved in a new opening in Miami. My career reflects continuous growth, passion for wine, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
