Lillian Yongmei LIU is a wine educator and Certified Port Educator based in France, with professional activities spanning both Europe and China. She is currently a doctoral researcher in a joint programme between Burgundy School of Business and the University of Bordeaux, focusing on wine consumer behaviour and the role of labels in shaping consumer choices. She teaches wine courses at the School of Wine & Spirits Business, Burgundy School of Business, and has been delivering WSET programmes since 2022. She is also available for wine education and professional training activities in China. In parallel, she is a partner in a Burgundy-based wine cellar in Dijon and is actively involved in the development and trade of Burgundy wines in Asian markets, particularly China. Her teaching and research interests include wine consumer behaviour, wine education and international wine markets.
