Marcin Giedz is an entrepreneur and wine expert with more than twenty years of experience in the IT and financial industries, currently dedicated to wine production, education, and sustainable viticulture. His history include leadership roles in technology firms that provide mission-critical solutions for brokers, exchanges, and investment funds, endowing him with substantial expertise in strategy, regulation, and long-term project development. He possesses a technical degree in electronics from the Warsaw University of Technology, where he finished a certificate program in plasma technologies for semiconductor applications. Simultaneously, he undertook official wine education, finishing postgraduate studies in oenology at Jagiellonian University. Marcin is presently enrolled in the WSET Diploma program in Rust, Austria. He is a Certified Sherry Wine Specialist (with honors), a Simonit & Sirch-certified vine pruner in both Guyot and Spurred Cordon methods, and a graduate of the Certified Port Educator Course (17th Edition). He possesses and oversees a vineyard and winery, utilizing both climate-resilient hybrid varieties and Vinifera, while engaging in professional wine teaching that integrates practical viticulture with a robust educational emphasis.
