Marco António Melo Teixeira is a Certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Port Educator accredited by the Port and Douro Wines Institute (IVDP). He has built his professional career in two Michelin-starred restaurants, including Ocean and Casa de Chá da Boa Nova, gaining extensive experience in wine list management, food and wine pairing, technical tastings, and wine service. Combining strong technical qualifications with hands-on experience, he is dedicated to the communication and promotion of Portuguese and international wines, with a particular interest in the education and appreciation of Port Wine.
