With more than 25 years of experience in the world of Wine and Gastronomy, she has a Master in International Trade, Sommelier, jury in International Wine Competitions and certified trainer of several Denominations of Origin in Spain and Portugal. She holds the WSET Level 3 International Wine Diploma and is currently preparing for the Level 4 Diploma in the same organization. Founder and Director of the International Sommelier School, She has more than two decades of experience managing export departments of Extremadura and national wines, as well as having created Pámpano Vinatería and Restaurante Amalgama. She won the Entrepreneur of the Year award in Extremadura in 2007. 2019 Co-founder and President of MAVEX (Wine Women Association of Extremadura-Spain).
