I'm in the wine industry for more than 30 years, having worked as Sommelier in various Michelin * restaurants, did run my own wine trade business and then started working as wine educator, running masterclasses for various generic bodies, work as wine judge in various competitions and also run my own WSET APP in Munich (www.weininstitut-muenchen.de) where I teach about 250 students annually, in WSET Level 1, 2 and 3 courses, all including fortified wines. In my capacity as WSET certified educator I offer Diploma in depth exam preparation courses including a full 2 days course on fortified wines. Also I do conduct wine and dine experiences where Portwines in various styles always play a vital role.
