Based in Ireland, I am a dedicated Beverage Educator in the Atlantic Technological University in Galway, specialising in wine studies and bar management modules. These modules include Wine Studies, Bar Service Skills & Service, Food & Wine Appreciation and Spirits, Liqueurs & Mixology. I am also a Certified Educator for Sherry, Port and Rioja. My role involves lecturing students from diverse courses such as Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Event Management with PR, plus Tourism Management. My goal is to empower the next generation of hospitality professionals, assisting them in achieving high standards in their careers.
