I’m an expert in foreign trade and international negotiation, wine and olive oil taster & trainer and a gastronomy enthusiast. Inveterate traveller, I spent 15 years as an export manager then I returned to my homeland (Cordoba) to found CARACOL TOURS, a pioneering slow tourism agency in Spain specialising in Japan, and CATAS CON ISA, a singular proposal that includes training and tasting at special venues. I am a self-declared devotee of our wines and oils and aim to ensure that my activities convey this passion to visitors, who find in these tastings a different way of discovering and enjoying Córdoba/Adalusia by means of the palate and the senses.
